Who I am
Exuberant. Pragmatic. Effective.
I'm exuberant. I love my life, and live it joyfully. Like my clients, I experience a variety of challenges and uncertainty as I create my life with intention. One aspect of my greatness is my ability to transcend struggles while experiencing profound joy and excitement for new possibilities. I bring that same energy and positivity to my coaching. From that place, I energize and empower my clients to pursue their goals in the face of any obstacle.
I'm pragmatic. I enjoy few things more than an inspiring TED talk or a deep philosophical conversation. Yet every time I'm exposed to a new concept, it's in my nature to ask a practical question such as "How does someone implement this in real life?" As such, my coaching is practical. It's actionable. I encourage my clients to dream big, then we get down to the nuts and bolts of how to make that dream a reality.
I'm effective. I produce results. For nearly two decades, I’ve been facilitating personal transformation workshops focusing on leadership development and emotional intelligence. I've worked with hundreds of people to intentionally transform their lives. My clients achieve the results they want; although the path they take to get there rarely mirrors what they anticipated on Day 1.

Worked at a top consulting firm in downtown Washington D.C. for six years before leaving to create the life of my dreams: coaching full time
My studies and adventures have led me to live a number of places, including a memorable time in central France and a decade in Washington, D.C. I currently live in Rochester, NY with my two exuberant sons.
